Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Promptyra (promptyra.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. Promptyra is a platform for saving, organizing, discovering and sharing AI prompts. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
3. Your content
You retain ownership of prompts you create. By publishing a prompt publicly, you grant Promptyra a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the platform. You must not publish content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, or violates the Community Guidelines. Public content is subject to moderation.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before purchase; statutory withdrawal rights apply where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access premium content without a valid subscription, scrape the platform, interfere with security features, or use Promptyra to distribute harmful content.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; associated personal data is removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". Prompts are user- or team-generated content; results produced by third-party AI tools are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptyra's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
