1. Who we are
Promptyra (promptyra.app) processes personal data as described in this policy, in accordance with the GDPR.
2. Data we process
Account data (email, username, profile details you add), content you create (prompts, collections, ratings, reports), subscription data (Stripe customer and subscription identifiers – card details are processed by Stripe, never by us), usage data (prompt views/copies for platform statistics) and technical logs required for security.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Providing the service (contract), billing (contract, legal obligation), securing the platform and preventing abuse (legitimate interest), product analytics and marketing emails (consent, revocable anytime in Settings).
4. Processors
Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and analytics/monitoring providers if enabled. Data may be processed in the EU and the US under appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while the account exists. Deleting your account removes personal data and anonymizes or deletes associated content; billing records are retained as required by tax law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, export and delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Account deletion and data export are available in Settings, or contact hello@promptyra.app.
